Issues discussed do not offer a quick solution to be “the world’s best leader”, but offers guidelines to handle the Human in the workplace more effectively, and to create a conducive environment. Staying in contact encourages the leader to make effort to be more than a “Boss” to the subordinate
Green areas, if possible, explains the advantages of group meetings with personnel, to lead by example and honesty in the work place is essential to all companies, to lead by example is the best policy in “rewarding and punishing” staff. Humour in the workplace is essential as well as where judgment and prejudice come into play. The elements of communication and advantages of effective communication as well as non-verbal communication (body language), organisational communication will be dealt with. The most important of all will be the issue to exercise religious activity. |
