This course expands upon the basic concepts of project management you discovered in the Project Management Fundamentals course and covers in-depth the essential elements of managing a successful project. Delegates will learn how to initiate a project, define and develop a schedule incl. the cost performance baselines. The following will be dealt with in regards to the project witch includes planning the project quality, staffing and communications, to define, analyse execute a project in regards with procurements, to control and close the project successfully.
